Can't access Forza Horizon 4 LEGO® Speed Champions and Fortune Island in Xbox

So that means if I have purchased Forza Horizon 4 Fortune Island and Lego Speed Champions DLC's one day will be gone forever? 😱

The only ones it allows you to install are forza 4 formula drift cars, forza 4 fortune island, forza 4 lego speed champions and forza 4 best of bond. The others do not appear. This is the description for this bundle.

Maybe try a hard reset? Press and hold the power button on the console until it turns off (it should only take 10 seconds). After that, turn it back on and try again.

You could also try removing and re-adding his profile from the console.

If it still doesn't let him travel to the DLCs, then I'd suggest uninstalling and re-installing the game and its content.

yesterday we tried the hard reset without results. this afternoon (italy time) we'll try to remove and re-adding the profile. I have A question about this last one: does this procedure can create loss of data in the games or is simply an action related with
relinking profile and xbox?

I`m not sure, but i think that your son or you should be at Level 20, before you can travel to Fortune Island and Lego Speed Champions
