    Can't access Fortnite


    Error says "Unable to sign in to your account for XBox Live. Please try again later". I don't think that it is an XBox account issue because he can play other games (signed-in) that aren't Epic Games. It happened at the same time that I tried to 2FA his
    account so I think I've messed something up. I've factory reset XBox One, uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite and it still isn't working. I've contacted Epic Games and have a current help ticket open however haven't heard back from them and the issue started
    a week ago. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Fortnite DLC codes redeemed through Xbox are for Xbox consoles only. You need to load Fortnite on an Xbox console for the content to be redeemed to your Fortnite account. You can do this with a physical console or Xbox Cloud Gaming: Xbox.com/play

    If it does not work with the power cycle method, try deleting your account from the console and re-dowload it again.

    Try powercycling the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

    Retry afterwards.

    If that doesn't work, remove the profile from your console and redownload it again.
