Cant access fort nite

Hello everyone,

Purchased Xbox gift card in order to play fortnite and Purchased Xbox gold membership with it however i am unable To play. It says my account does not have correct permissions.

Please help

I bought some V bucks for my daughter to play fort nite through my account, but they aren’t showing on hers! Is there any way I can transfer them?

Have you taken a look at your "online Safety & Privacy" settings? If you are under a family account and you are younger you may have access restrictions. VBucks are applied directly in-game, for the account which was used to purchase them. If you purchased them on your sons account, he should see them when he logs into game.

Unfortunately, V-Bucks can not be transferred from one account to another.

What I would suggest is requesting a refund, information on how to do so can be found here:

https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-billing/manage-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund.

If you still wish to send V-Bucks to your son, I recommend purchasing Microsoft Gift Cards which will give you the ability to gift the code to your son to add to his account. Once added to his account, he can then purchase V-Bucks through his own account
via the Microsoft Store.
