Can't access family settings

Discus and support Can't access family settings in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my daughter has set a 4 digit passcode which she cannot remember.     my daughter has set a 4 digit passcode which she cannot remember. I have tried to reset it but she also can't remember what she put as her favourite movie.

    Child account can't sign into Minecraft Realms

    The children show up in Microsoft Family but not on XBox.com so the settings can't be changed so that they can access Minecraft Realms.

    Yep, I've tried all of those. Or more precisely, I've tried changing my privacy and family settings on Xbox.com.

    When I try and access privacy settings on my Xbox, I get "Status code: 80072741-a76bc0d7-41c9f076".

    When I try and access family settings on my Xbox, I get "Status code: 80072741-a9a501a4-583a0b48".

    I can download the content off of Xbox.com, but the problem is I still can't access the rest of the Marketplace.

    Cant change account settings

    You can't access the link if you are a child account, since you will need an adult account from the family group to change the settings on your behalf!

    how to remove parental control

    its just dont work, or i can't find setting that manage it, i tried to do this with game access, and family(like adult, and like child) just always locked

    If you are under 18 then that is the reason that you can't download the rated M content. You will have to get your parents to give you access to those downloads through the Family Settings on the console.
