Can't Access Family Settings- And By Extension, ANY of My Games

First of all, I've had problems purchasing things before. When I first purchased a Gold membership, I had set it up on my friends xbox (where it asked me to provide a parent account; this was 2 years ago and I'm just under 17 now) in order to preserve
my progress. The 360 experience has been spotty (connection errors, profile corruptions, etc.) but until now, family settings weren't so much of an issue. This past Christmas, I pony'd up and bought an Xbox ONE for my brother. Until yesterday, the only issue
I've had is being mysteriously unable to purchase Thief, which resolved itself rather quickly. Yesterday, I attempted to purchase Evolve (on the GOLD member discount), and it told me that I wasn't able to buy the game. I called customer support, and they advised
that I put the console through a power cycle. He also told me that I had a child account, which was news to me, but didn't seem to matter.

After I turned the console back on, I have since been unable to play ANY of my games (lowest rating being E10+). I tried to access my Privacy & Online Safety settings in the menu, but it says that the "service is temporarily unavailable" -no error code.
The content restrictions setting says that "Content restrictions are in effect, but to change them, you must first connect to the service". The Family settings says that it "can not find family information". Still no error codes. I attempted to access my settings
on the xbox live website (Privacy Settings, Safety on Xbox 360, Safety on Xbox One) , and it returned this every time:

I have made an "adult" account and added myself as a child on the regular Microsoft website (validated with my own debit card: I'm not being shady, just trying to access the $200+ I've spent in games/accessories/live), but my profile does not show up
under family on the one, and isn't available to be added to ANY accounts family. Now when I try to download my account to the 360, I get the following:

As I have said, this is only happening to my account, as opposed to the other profiles on the Xbox, and has literally crippled it. I am totally unable to redeem Games with Gold offers, capitalize on the $60 a year I pay for Gold, play any of my games,
purchase any content, or even download my profile.



I have since made two cases about this over support. I've cleared my cache, reset the alternate MAC password or whatever that was on the network, gone through power cycles, redownloaded my profile, etc. They have both been very nice people, but not of
any help. Does anyone have any suggestions, or the position/authority needed to contact Microsoft directly? I have an extensive game library, I am not going to just make a new account because Microsoft has messed something up.

Can't access family settings

my daughter has set a 4 digit passcode which she cannot remember. I have tried to reset it but she also can't remember what she put as her favourite movie.

Add member to Xbox-Family without xbox

Hi,

I don't have an Xbox. But I need to add my son - who is a member of my Microsoft family - to my Xbox family to be able to change his privacy settings.

(He wants to share his minecraft PE worlds with his friends. He can't, because of the privacy settings. As a minor, he can't access the settings page, himself, and is asked to refer to me. But currently, he doesn't show on my privacy settings page, as he
is not member of my Xbox family. I double checked: he is member of my Microsoft family.)

Any idea, anyone?

Keep in mind, another problem is that if this issue persists, I will be unable to graduate my account when the time comes.
