Discus and support Can't Access Early Access Forums in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am in the early access program, and am having an issue with a console update.     I am in the early access program, and am having an issue with a console update. However, I cannot access the forums as it says group not found.

    Can't access the "Early Access" forums

    Hi, I'm having issues with the last preview update on my Xbox One, so I was looking for support on the Early Access forums, but it seems I don't have access to them. Everytime I try to follow a link it redirects me to the main forums page. Any idea why?
    Of course I'm logged in with account that is in the Preview Program, and I've been in the program for more than 2 years now.

    Just got the latest preview update today but I still can't access the early access forum to report problem and provide feedback, so I request for access the early access forum too.

    Sorry to hear it. Please be patient and one of the support staff should be able to get you linked up within the next day or so.

    Hey Yer,

    the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

    Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
