Can’t access ea games

Hello my son cant get on any multiplayer games and we have xbox live gold ultimate. But works for me. This js crazy because some days it works and some days not. We need to talk with an agenr. Thank you.

When you say, "we have xbox live gold ultimate", do you mean that you have it on your account or he has it on his?

If it's on your account, then is your account also set as the 'home' on that console?

Hi Bill,

You can check his account settings if he has a child account it is possible he is restricted but these can be changed using the parent account.

Unfortunately with EA there are usually server issues depending on the games. Also due to the huge amount of traffic on the Web now there are issues from time to time you can check the status if it is in fact a xbox issue. https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

Also the new profile isn’t attached to my old account so I can’t access any history or ea sports or fallout 😖
