    Can’t access dlcs after outage


    So there was an outage yesterday or 2 days ago for destiny 2. During that time I wasn’t able to access any of the dlcs and the content associated with it. Even after the outage had been resolved the dlcs have vanished and shows in the store that I have to purchase them again. Anyone else have the same problem?

    Please try to check your game in the order history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home just to make sure that the purchase was through your account. However, if the DLC is in the account, I suggest to remove your account and perform a quick power cycle then add your account back.

    The game was originally purchased as a disc but the dlcs were bought on the 360 marketplace. I have both digital and physical copies of this game and I can’t access my dlcs either way

    That said, the Xbox Marketplace is experiencing at outage at the moment, you can view the progress getting it back up here:

    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

    If after the outage is fixed you still cannot find the DLC, please post again to let the Support folks here know.
