Can't Access Device Settings

Discus and support Can't Access Device Settings in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I go to Settings > Kinnect & Devices > Devices & Accessories I get the loading circle and it just keeps spinning and never brings up the settings...     Can't Access Device Settings


    When I go to Settings > Kinnect & Devices > Devices & Accessories I get the loading circle and it just keeps spinning and never brings up the settings screen. This has been happening for the past several days.

    can't access privacy settings

    Why can't access clubs and broadcast gameplay in privacy settings ? When I click on access and submit, site just refresh and nothing happens

    Can't access network setting

    I brought my xbox one to my cousins and connected it to his wifi and I was working then when I brought it home it wouldn't connect and I couldn't access the network settings I brought it back to his house and it worked fine brought when I came home it did
    the same thing how do I fix this?

    Maybe your account's getting recognized as a Child (younger than 18 years old)?

    Hi yes i managed to solved the problem by signing out of the family and back in and out and somehow it ended up working.

    Hi!

    The best option is to double-check your account's Date of Birth by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/profile. Calculate the DOB to the present time and if it makes your account younger than 18, the account is a Child. Otherwise, it's an Adult.

    Only an Adult account has the ability to customize a profile's privacy and online safety settings.

    I don't think so...last time I checked, it wasn't set to being a child

    Just to be sure—how would I check what age my account is being recognized as?
