Can't access deleted xbox account

recently closed and deleted an profile on my xbox one. I got an xbox xs and when I entered my email to activate my old account it made me create a new account and gamertag. I can still see my old gamertag when I search it, but I can't access that account. Is it possible to access and old account after an new one has been created with the same email as the old one. Sorry if this is confusing I'm trying to explain best I can

If you close your Microsoft account, there’s a 60-day grace period during which you can change your mind and reopen your account. After 60 days, your Microsoft account will be permanently deleted. If you have surpassed the grace period you won't be able to get back to it, so you will have to create another account. Once the email address is attached to a certain profile, it cannot be moved to another one. It can be added as an alias or as a security information.

=> Just as an extra piece of information/advice for the future, if the email is deleted from the original account to be added to another one it will cause in loosing all data that's related to it (in the original account). Therefore, if you ever decide to add another email to your account for whatever reason, make sure to never delete the original email and instead add the other email an an alias (or you can even make it primary just don't delete the original email).

Account migration it's only to bring the Mojang account to a Microsoft account but the Microsoft account that you used prior already had a Xbox account so it can't be Migrated to another email without having access to that account

Also if the account was already deleted means that it didn't has any content purchased as accounts with purchases can't be deleted, so there won't be any content to transfer basically as any other information will be also deleted

You can't delete an account on another Xbox, if you do not have access to that console. Your best option is to change the password of the account, that way she would need to put the password in to play.
