    Can’t Access Content


    I recently purchased Fallout 76, understanding that it is also available for free play with XBox Game Pass. I do not have XBox Game Pass, or XBox Live Gold.

    When I try to access the content of my purchased version of Fallout 76 I am directed to a screen that offers me to join either XBox Game Pass, or XBox Live Gold, but no access to Fallout 76 gameplay.

    Why do I need to join XBox Game Pass, or XBox Live Gold to access content that I paid for?

    Can’t Access Content

    Gold is required to play online multiplayer in most games on Xbox. Since Fallout 76 is an online only game, it requires Gold (or Game Pass Ultimate which includes Gold).

    This may mean you no longer own the content or no longer have permission to access the content. For example, you can’t access a game because you received a refund for it, or your game pre-order was canceled.

    I bought Halo Nightfall and Halo The Fall of Reach on Halo Channel platform but now I can’t access to content I bought.

    I contacted with Halo Support and said that I should contact with Microsoft Support, they said that can’t doing nothing and should contact with Halo Support and again said should with Microsoft Support. And again, and again, and again.

    Nobody solve this and I can’t access to content I BOUGHT.

    May be this could be a fraud?

    Remove "Skip Sign In" button

    I went under system, then access restrictions and then under content set it so that if you do not use a pass key you are restricted on all content. Now if someone uses the guest sign in or skips sign and they still can’t access anything!
