Can't access content on shared account

I've bought the year 2 pass on rainbow six seine on the original account and can't access the content on the other shared account help?

Sharing DLC between two accounts in the same console

When you purchase content it is tied to the console it was purchased on as well as the console it was purchased on. That console license allows all profiles on a console to share the content. So yes, if you purchase something with Account #1, Account #2
will have access and vice versa.

There are a few pieces of DLC that can't be shared, but it's very few. And avatar content cannot be shared that way.

You can't. Content can't be transferred between accounts. If you're on the same (original) console that downloaded the content, all profiles should have access to the content. Unless your first account was banned, then, I'm not entirely sure what happens
to the "console license."

If this is "avatar gear" you're talking about, then it's tied only to the profile that redeemed it, and cannot be shared.

Have you confirmed that the account that made the purchase is logged in the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app, could you share a screenshot of the in game message that says you can't access the content
