    I'm relatively new to being an Xbox Insider. I managed to get an invitation to xCloud testing but I can't seem to access console streaming, despite the fact that I have the Insiders app, compatible equipment, and a strong Internet connection. I can't get past the "Learn more" page. What am I not doing?

    Regarding the movie, it's stream only, so no, you can't download it. However, because you can stream it, you can access it from virtually any Windows-enabled device (and then some...) that can support both the Internet and video. ;)

    Twitch keep crashing.

    I tested it last night, I can't stream at all anymore, the broadcast starts but nothing is outbound on the router. My guess, a connection can't be made to any of the Twitch servers so it just halts there. I would assume the same goes for viewing streams
    via the console if I can't get a stream connection out.

    DOUBT!

    You can't use mouse and keyboard while streaming. When streaming you are using the xbox console that is just showing in your pc screen.
