Can't access child account because parental account has been deleted.

I can't update my xbox live account because it asks me to put in the password of the parental account, but it has been deleted.

If I can't update it, I can't login.

I also can't login into this account online because it was made with a gmail account. Btw the gamertag is "Xerneea".

I'd like to know how to fix this so I can use my account again without losing any progress and achievements.

I haven't found any solution to this and I refuse to delete my account.

My E-Mail Account has been deleted

My E-Mail Account from my XBox Live Account has been deleted. The Problem is, that I can't access my XBox Live Account because the Password has been reset to that E-Mail account that has been deleted. What now?

Xbox child account + can't access "My Account"

Hey, Mister Cerb, I'm already go to account.live.com and all of my informations are like I want. I see that too Authorizations > Parental authorizations is totaly unset. I've NEVER change my date of birth, and NEVER set a parental account...

Vibroplex, I've buy nothing, so on commerce.microsoft,com, they is no payment acct or other info...

It's a problem of child account and new TOS, not payment

I just want to know why my "child account" never update to "parental account" at my 18, I can't access to "My account" for click on "Convert the child account" because when I click on "My account", I must accept the new TOS, but I can't because I'm a child
account !...

I fixed the problem... finally. I managed to change the password of the email linked to the parental account. I deleted the xbox live account but not the email.

I'm sort of having this problem as well. An old parent account I made during the creation of my account has me added to their family and I have no way of accessing this account because I believe that it has been deleted due to the 365 days thing. Currently
have 40 quid in my account and can't buy anything because I can't change any of my settings because I can't access that parent account.

Hi there,

Once a game has been purchased, it is on the account permanently, nothing can be done to remove it. That said, if it is flagged as a child account you may be able to go into parental settings to restrict access to the game so he can't play it.
