    Can't Access Characters on Killer Instinct


    I got he game when it was free with gold a while ago and just reinstalled it to play a game of it with my cousin but it won't let me play as anyone and even in my "recently installed" it shows all the characters and silk won't let me play as anyone but arbiter

    removing your account     and re-adding in order to sync it back up. Make sure you have your email and password to log back in.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > Account
      > Remove accounts.
    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
    4. When you're finished, select Close.
