Can't access Back 4 Blood on Gamepass although it has already been released (PC, OCE)

Game says it has been released and doesn't give me an option to download but just takes me to the Gamepass main page.

Make sure the account that has the subscription is logged into the Microsoft Store app.

Log out of Microsoft Store and Xbox app, clear store cache, login to Microsoft Store and Xbox app, and try again.

To clear the store cache>

Windows key + R and type ''wsreset'', wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically.

Try installing the game through the Microsoft Store app on your Windows.

Hey,

Unfortunately I cannot as in this instance it says "Included with Game Pass Ultimate". Thus not allowing me to download without paying $90+ for the game that should be present as I have gamepass.

Hi, I'm havin the exact same problem and when I try to install it though the Microsoft Stone app i get two options, to buy the game or to buy a Game Pass subscription, and when i click that one i get an error as I already have a Game Pass subscription active on my account.
