    Ive now spent nearly 8hrs trying to fix this either the online team with no luck. Their latest guess is it might be related to the dashboard preview program. If you are involved in this beta I would advise asking them to consider that as a starting place.

    well , that sounds bad...if a hard reset (I would do 1 more and just uplug it for a few minutes) dosent fix it and you cant even select settings ....will it let you do a factory reset ? (last resort)
