    I cant access any games or apps on my xbox one no matter what I try including settings. Ive tried hard reset and resseting my router countless times and I talked to xbox support and was told to post on the forums here so I hope you get to me as fast as possible

    Cant run or access any games or apps

    my xbox one is unusable. All i get are the basic screens. can't run games cant sign out, cant see friends, i cant access anything other than the my games and apps button on the screen. when in my games and apps i cant run, install,move, or uninstall anything

    pressing the home key bring up error 0x80010108

    My experience is similar. I try to load up a game and the initial game screen loads but then it just goes back to the home screen. When I open Games and Apps, it just spins forever, and it never shows the number of "games", "apps", "ready to install", or
    "updates". However "memberships" populates just fine. My cable company "Spectrum" has an app and i'm able to watch TV using that App, but "CrunchyRoll" app never loads. Lastly, if I try to go to Settings > System > Storage, the menu freezes. I have to use
    the home button to go home and quit the "Settings" app.

    so its just a blank home screen ? or you can see them but nothing happens when you select them ? you might try deleting your profile then downloading it again ...

  7. well , that sounds bad...if a hard reset (I would do 1 more and just uplug it for a few minutes) dosent fix it and you cant even select settings ....will it let you do a factory reset ? (last resort)

  10. there is a kind of a safe mode boot up , you could at least give it a try ....also is your controller "highlighting" stuff and just wont select them or you cant even navigate around? if you have Kinect have you tried voice commands?

    here is the low res safe mode (worth a shot)

    1.If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

    2.On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.

    3.Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second
    beep occurs.

    Note This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, go to Settings in the guide, select Display & sounds, Video options, and then TV Resolution.

    4.If you are required to complete these steps on every boot-up, you will want to change your TV connection to HDMI as shown in step 3 in the next section, "Your screen is blank and you use an AVR in your setup." For more information, see How to adjust the
    display settings on your Xbox One console.

  12. DANG IT!!....im trying to understand how its working (or not working) is the controller letting you navigate around the screen and just wont let you select anything ? do you have a second controller ? You might try and plug your controller into the usb ,
    did you try Kinect commands?

    Well the last dance that I can think of (before you call it and send off for repair ) would be the "Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool" ....basically , you restore factory defaults from a usb stick (you will need a 4gig stick) NORMALLY you have to go
    into settings and see which os you have so you know which one to download but if you scroll down this page you will see a section that says " If the console is experiencing an issue that would require you to Restore Factory Defaults after a system update,
    but you're unable to access the Settings hub, use this file." so that's would be the one to start with ...

  14. Yeah, it's not just you. As of turning on the xb1 this morning I can't start anything either.

    Everything is viewable, everything is selectable, but nothing will launch.

    If I try to launch it from the home screen then it's as though I haven't pressed anything. Doesn't launch. If I drop into the game hub and press launch game then the screen starts to flicker for about 5 minutes before I get the "just getting your game ready"
    message. Then after a minute of that I get "Something went wrong".

    Tried everything. Nothing works. Great.

  15. I factory reset my console, which seems to have resolved this issue. Once games and apps are re-downloaded I now appear able to play/use them.
