Can't access any EA titles anymore

A friend of mine started getting a error in Fifa 15 stating that he needs to create an Origin ID to access online features. He already have an Origin ID linked to his Gamertag and was playing Fifa online just fine.

So we followed suggestions from the EA website and also:

- Cleared local saved games

- Deleted account from console and added it again

- Did factory settings restore

Nothing worked. He still gets the same error. And he also can't play Battlefield 4 or Battlefield Hardline Beta (both EA titles). However he can play other games. His security and privacy settings are set to adult.

We contacted an EA Game Advisor and he verified that the Gamertag is linked correctly to the Origin ID. He pointed out that it's a Microsoft problem.

So I downloaded his profile on my Xbox One, and it worked fine. He created a couple new accounts on his console, and he gets the same error regarding the Origin ID even with these 2 new accounts. To make matters worse, he just renewed his Xbox Live membership
for another year just before this problem happened, so using a new Gamertag will not help at all.

We have run out of ideas what the problem can be. Does anyone have other ideas? Can it be settings on the console itself?

Can't play any EA access games.

 

I can't play skate 3 and nhl18

If You are a not member of EA Access anymore, so You can't paly those games, You would have to buy the games or renew your subscription
