Cant access Ambassador features!!

I just would like to know what is going on with this. I am unable to access the ambassador features such as lounge and academy. when I try to access these it tells me that I am not an ambassador and prompts me to sign up for it but when directed to the apply
page it says that I am already an ambassador. how can this be fixed? I would really like to help other users while using the chat features and benefits of being an Xbox Live Ambassador. Thank You.

I cannot access any ambassador features, like the ambassabank, enforcement united, and I also cant post in the ambassy!!! When I go to apply for ambassador, it says im already one!!!!! still having issues!!!!!

This sounds like an issue for one of the Xbox Support members that work with the Ambassador team.

I know Zak Twopunch has had experience with errors like this, so I'd suggest sending him a forum PM regarding this issue.

You can do that by finding a recent post from him (there's one at the bottom of this thread) and clicking the "Private Message" link below it.
