Can't access amazon prime or internet app!

Sorry for the issue with your apps. We recommend first to try and do a
power cycle, then try the apps. If this doesn't work you can do a
soft factory reset due to maybe a file is corrupt.

If you are in the insider program we recommend going to the
insider forum and post there with your issue.

My thinking is that Microsoft will not allow a prime music app as it would be in direct competition with their own music service. I thought I has a workaround - using internet explorer to access amazon and amazon prime music. It seemed like it worked...once.
Next time I tried, there was a required flash upgrade but there was no update available for xbox one internet explorer. Microsoft seems to have blocked that workaround as well. I don't see any way to suggest new apps on xbox support or on amazon support.
Any ideas?

If your in the U.K. then you should be able to access it via the Amazon Prime app

Amazon prime app works good.

You would look for an Amazon Prime app in the store on the console, download it from there, and then sign into the app with your Amazon account.
