Cant access account!

was online earlier and decided i might change my gamertag fromWELLS2DAZ toWELL5Y88 CLICKED CHANGE THEN DECIDED NOT TO HALF WAY THROUGH IT Loading i came back to the dashboard and was signed out ,

tried to sign back in but it woukldnt let me said onloine cant be accessed by this profile on this console something like that. i called my friend who said my gammertag had changed but on my screen it was still the same and i couldnt sign in, it said download
profile so tried to enter the email for the accountand got it wrong (been two years or so since i used that email address) so went to this site followed instructions to get it back , , retrurned to the console and entered the email and password and it said
hi frailfob82 downloading profilet yhis profile isnt even mine!!, i want to access my account asap i want this resolved

license transfer for Destiny DLC?

I believe for this to work when he signed into his console he would have to make your account the primary account on the Xbox. Just like game sharing. As long as he leave sit as the primary he should have access to it under his account. You just cant set your account to your primary account on your own Xbox.

 

Purchased add on and cant access it?

I recently purchased Forza 3 and then at the weekend purchased the Hot Wheels add on. However, I now cannot go from the Hot Wheels demo page to actually play it. Can anyone explain how I can access to play?

 

Hey there, nine times out a ten the reason it's brought up a different gamertag is because you used the wrong email, I know you probably thought it was the right one, but it wasn't as it's impossible to have two gamertags attached to the one email.

The easiest way to verify it is the right email is by looking at the top right of the screen while signed-in to the account, though I'm not sure if you can do that anymore. Other ways are listed here:
