    My Forza 6 won't play on my Xbox one. Keeps giving me error code relating to not being signed into Xbox live. Iv checked my subscription and my subscription is active and current. I only just downloaded the game and bought it awhile
    back on special.

    I can't send messages!

    So basically I have an issue where I can't send messages on my account with the gamertag: , one of the "agents" on Microsoft support sent me here to discuss the Issue she/he said that it will be one of my settings one that I can't access that

    Can't Access The Ambassadors Private Forums Or My Ambassador Profile

    Alright it's been over two weeks and still no access to my ambassadors profile on the website. I've contacted Xbox Support via twitter the phone and online chat, even tried chat with an ambassador option and no one and I mean no one is helping me with this

    Chat Keeps Muting My Friends

    One other thing to note is I can't actually call or chat with any Xbox support help because when I describe my issue the computer filters it out as an "audio issue" and that particular issue isn't supported by phone or chat support.

    The problem is that 99% of phone/chat support have no idea how the forums work & usually tell people to post here when they don't know what to do.

    Any refunds/refund queries have to be done by phone/chat support,no one on the forums has access to your billing info so can't issue a refund anyway.
