    Hey! I am having a problem accessing a Microsoft account. I have an Xbox 360 with a Microsoft account with the gamertag of HaplessPrince89. I haven't used my Xbox for quite some time. I recently upgraded to windows 10 and forgetting that I already had a
    Microsoft account I made another one using the same e-mail address as the old one. It uses the gamertag . I need to unsubscribe from the Groove Music app on my Xbox but when I can't access my Xbox without it asking me to sign in with an e-mail
    and password. I try to sign in and it will not work. Help please?

    Hey there! Apologies, but if Microsoft denied you access to the account, then that means you didn't verify the account in question. You might think that, but if you can't verify the account, then you can't get access to the account, sorry.

    Umm.. I don't think its possible to register two xbox live accounts on the same e-mail. It should give you an error code or message stating that you've already registered an account on that e-mail when signing up. As for the account you can't access, try
    asking the support team. They'll ask you for the e-mail attached to that account and as long as you have access to the e-mail, they'll reset the password and you should be able to access it from your inbox.

    having the same kind of situation.

    My year subscription expired today and I attempted to log in and purchase it again, but some sort of "ghost" Gamer tag is coming up, and not the one that is on my console that I play all of my gamer as. I don't know what to do. I don't want to buy a subscription
    for this FearfulWaters gamer tag when I use a different one. I don't know how this one was even created?

    It won't let me renew on my console either. What should I do?

    The problem here is that the account was created specifically to buy minecraft, so it seems like the info i have
    (including the credit card that was used) isn't enough to make it work.

    Yes, unfortunately credit card info only doesn't work

    You need to answer correctly most of the questions in the form :c
    But other than that is not possible to recover it, regular Microsoft support is not able to share account info with you due to security and privacy policies

    So basically everything related and available about how to recover an account is explained and described on the previous links

    Sorry to hear that, the only ways to recover an Xbox account are with:

    Password reset link: https://account.live.com/password/reset

    If the code doesn't arrive to the email you wrote, that means that's not the security email linked to the account.

    The other option if it's not possible with the password reset link is filling the Account Recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr
