Cant access 1 xbox when another is playing Roblox?

Hi,

This is a bit of a complex issue.

I have 2 xbox's

the first xbox has its own email address and xbox live

the second Xbox has a different address that is the organiser for the first one and doesn't have Xbox live and both Xboxes are child accounts.

When the first Xbox with live plays Roblox We cannot access the second Xbox and play any games or browse the internet or anything like that.

Is this an issue with family settings or because they are connected or what? is there a simple fix for this, I know its a complex question perhaps not explained very well but I don't really understand it myself.

Sorry to hear it. What's your internet up/down speed? That can play a factor in the issue.

Another thing may be the NAT. Double check the NAT on both consoles. If it is not Open then you should check out ways to Open your NAT

I don't think its to do with internet, any other game is fine but when 1st xbox is on roblox then 2nd xbox cant play anything but any other game its ok

x. Also how do i let both my daughters play at the same time. I created both of themt accounts. When one is playing the other one cant join.

it is possible. But usually if your banned. youll get a different type of message. My best answer would be to reach out to Roblox. Here is the contact info for Roblox i put it at the top of the link. Only they have access to tell you if your account is banned

It's weird that I even can't log-in into another account, when I try to enter, it simply show the Error 901.

And, thanks, I reached out Roblox, and i'm waiting for a answer.
