    Hi, since i moved to Romania i can`t even download my pc games that i bought on xbox live, what is going on ? the app wont let me download anything, i have bought forza and bundles and i can`t acces them anymore ? please help

    No, he`s not using VPN we don`t have that, somehow it just works and I have other friends in the same situation and works for them too.
