    I try going on a game but it says ' Something is wrong' and then shows me the error code and I can only access games on disk and games not created by EA. Please respond I don't want to restart my account after everything I have accomplished.

    yea im on the same boat and i did download my old acc but cant download my new acc witch has gold live ,..
