    Can't Accept Terms of Use


    I wanted to download an xbox game on my Nokia 822 and I'm using a child account, so when i log into xbox.com to accept the terms of use i have my dad log in like it says to but then after i hit accept it asks for the parent e-mail again. I tried going to
    My Account but an error keeps coming up and I can't access that either. Please help.

    Accepting terms of use

    To clarify, I can't accept the terms of use because I'm still considered a minor by my account. But I can't change that without accepting the terms of use, and I can't accept the terms of use because I don't remember waht I filled in there 5 years ago.
    So I have no way of accepting the terms of use at all.

    It wasn't a child account never was associated with a another account it was set up as adult account from the biggining .

    He have called the xbox support and got a case number !!

    Hi Samspaniel286. When you say you're trying to download apps etc, what kind of device are you using? Windows 8? RT? Let us know, and we can go from there.
