    Can't able to Sign In


    I purchased Xbox 360 500 GB, in which I am not able to sign in using my id created. I have cleared the cache and formatted the HDD, but still unable to sign in. I have a better Broadband connection. everything else seems fine other than Signing In.

    when i try to sign in all it gives me "sorry, that didn't work for some reason. (0x80070002)"

    Unfortunately no. The only way to change your Home setting is to be able to sign into the account. Since you can't sign into it, you can't change the Home setting.

    Unfortunately you can't just sign out and then sign it back in with another account. It just gives a dialogue saying that the account is already linked(even though it's signed out/unlinked) and then you can't play multiplayer permanently because you're
    locked out of being able to sign in after that.
