Cannot view Subscription on Xbox One

Hi,

I am experiencing a problem when I try to access the subscription of my xbox one, it does not recognize that I am GOLD member and i can not play more online however in commerce.microsoft site I can see my subscription and all the rest.

As you appear being on a gold membership here in the forums it may be helpful if you delete your account from your Xbox and have it downloaded again to see if this fixes this.

That's pretty bad. You may please check this thread then
forums.xbox.com/.../1794322.aspx and contact the support by phone.

 

I will wait 48 hours if doesn't solve i will call support.

Yes, and they say for me wait 24 hrs but i still have the problem..

 

Then phone them again and point them to the above mentioned thread, as this is an official direction by the official microsoft staff.
