Cannot view Subscription/Account on Xbox One or Xbox.com - Error Code (0x80bd0006)

Hi,

on both xbox.com and the Xbox One I cannot view my subscription or account information.

My payment options however, seem to be fine.

On the Xbox One I get the message "We could not get any info about your subscription from Xbox Live - Error code 0x80bd0006" when trying to view my subs info.

The console seems to know I am "Gold" as it still allows me to play games online, however, the store cannot see that I am "Gold" and as such won't allow me access to the free games or other such deals.

On Xbox.com when clicking on "My Account" I get "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.It appears you've found a glitch in the system" followed by the below box:

I can't view my subscriptions from xbox one, I get error code 0x80bd0006

Also if I log on to xbox.com and selects My Account I get an error.

Please help?

I get tthe error 0x80bd0006 when trying to view my subscription on my xbox one. When trying to look at my account on xbox.com I get a 'uh oh, that shouldn't of happened' screen.

Any help ?

 

I've been having the same problem too. If you would to see all of your info and subscriptions you can view them in the link I provided below.

Yes, I can see all my info and subscription at commerce.microsoft.com.

Unfortunately I'm still having the problems described above.

 

try doing a hard reboot by holding the power button on the console for 10 sec or until it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec then plug back in and power back on and see if the problem is resolved.

 

Hard reboot was the first thing I tried out.

Did it again.

The problem persists.

 

You could try calling xbox support. They might have more troublshooting tips for you to try. I'm actually in the same boat? My account was working and now it's not. I think it may be just a small glitch though.

Same here. I want to cancel Xbox Music, but can't because of this problem.

Not fixed here yet. And I Know some other friends with the same problem. Surely there are more people who hasn't noticed yet. Seems to be a bug affecting many accounts and we haven't heard anything from Microsoft yet promising to fix this.

 

I have the same problem. Tried contacting support online but the problem persists. I believe my console and the webpage don't understand that I have a Gold Subscription. Because when I try to go to a Gold only offer from let's say majornelsons blog it gives
me the Oops page. Trying to access My Account on the site it gives the oops, and trying to access subscriptions on X1 it gives the error code.

 

This error been fixed yet by any chance, currently goig through the same issues
