Cannot view Subscription/Account on Xbox One or Xbox.com - Error Code (0x80bd0006)

Hi there,

I'm pretty sure I know what has caused this error but wondered if someone here could look into getting it fixed for me.

I recently migrated my Gamertag from one microsoft email account to a newer one, because the old one was something fairly silly I picked years ago - so I wanted to move the gamertag over to something different. I did this yesterday.

Now however, on both xbox.com and the Xbox One I cannot view my subscription or account information. My payment options however, seem to be fine.

On the Xbox One I get the message "We could not get any info about your subscription from Xbox Live - Error code 0x80bd0006" when trying to view my subs info. The console seems to know I am "Gold" as it still allows me to play games online, however, the
store cannot see that I am "Gold" and as such won't allow me access to the free games or other such deals. Not a problem at the moment but it soon will be.

On Xbox.com when clicking on "My Account" I get "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.It appears you've found a glitch in the system" followed by the below box:

Ironically, on my Xbox 360, I can see all my info, subs and account info with no problems.

As I say, I'm pretty sure the email address change from a live.co.uk address over to a newer outlook.com address has caused some error in the system and parts of my gamertag are still looking at the wrong address behind the scenes.

For the record, all gamer profiles have been deleted and re-downloaded on all consoles.

If someone could look into this and find a fix it would be appreciated.

I can't view my subscriptions from xbox one, I get error code 0x80bd0006

Also if I log on to xbox.com and selects My Account I get an error.

Please help?

I get tthe error 0x80bd0006 when trying to view my subscription on my xbox one. When trying to look at my account on xbox.com I get a 'uh oh, that shouldn't of happened' screen.

Any help ?

 

I would give it 24-48 hours for your info to be updated and you can view it. It usually doesn't take that long but just keep checking back and I'm sure you will be able to view it again.

 

Thanks, checking this afternoon I can now see my gold subs via the xbox one and the store knows I am eligible for gold deals. Account page on xbox.com now loads, but it can't show my transactions yet unless I go to the commerce website, although I am sure
that will sort itself out soon.

i know how to fix it wy now one said this i don’t now its because you changed your password and it doesnt now you are it so you wil need to log out and log back in i needed to restart my xbox so i hope i fixed it
