    Cannot View Messages in Accout or on App


    I cannot view messages through my online account nor through the Smartglas App (iphone). When trying to access messages online, I get an error that reads, “An error has occurred, please try again later.” When trying to access through the app, the app freezes
    and I have to restart.

    FYI, I can view and send messages through the xbox. This problem only occurs with the online account and the app.

    Xbox Live Inbox Messages will not Sync with Xbox App on Win 10 1607

    Having a sync issue with xbox live messages. Can view on android app...on beta app...cannot view any messages at all on the supplied installed version of the Public Release App (Ver 22.24.1006.00000).

    Cannot send any messages to anyone via the app either!

    Win 10 currently fully updated as of 13th December 2016. Have signed out of Xbox app from within the app...signed back in and no change.

    Also signed out; diskclean up performed; signed back in....still the same!!!

    Xbox.com Cannot Read Messages

    Okay I can now view my messages on Xbox.com though I cannot send any messages. Also I can't seem to be able to send messages from my Smartglass App either. Not sure what is going on there.

    Xbox Live Message Error Solution    , including adding a phone number? Give that a shot and let us know how it all goes.

    Thanks for the response. Yes, I tried that. I CAN send messages through the xbox. This is only an issue with the account online and on the Smartglas App. (Yes, I tried your suggestion already).

    through the console or from the app the same thing happens? because you can be reported for behavior and therefore you cannot view messages

    Microsoft and Youtube have officially started blocking content from Xbox 360 and Xbox 1 users

    Delete the stupid and totally useless youtube app and view youtube through the browser. I often get the "you cannot view this because you are not 18yrs old" message, I AM 38yrs OLD!!!!!
