Cannot view game statistics certain games on xbox.com (while friends can)

I am having issues when viewing my statistics for certain games (that I own) on
xbox.com. For this post I'll use the game Quantum Break as the example (there are a few more games where the same thing happens).

General info:

When you select a game from 'My Games' you'll go to a page called the GameInfoHub (for Quantum Break this page Sign in to your Microsoft account).
On that page you can view 'Activity feed', 'Achievements' and
'Captures'. Normally the Achievements tab will contain a table of your general stats (hours played, etc.) and a list of all achievements.

The problem:

The problem is that when I visit the Achievements tab it says "There’s nothing new right now. Keep checking back for the latest news about this game.", while my friends (who do
NOT own the game) can see all the things mentioned above. Additionally to getting the "There’s nothing new right now. (...)" message: in the developer console of my browser (tested Chrome, Safari and Edge) it shows me that it cannot load the
javascript file located at https://account.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox.com.GameInfoHub.userData.js (which does not exist and is not used on pages where the error doesn't occur).

I have contacted support multiple times (>1 hour chats) for this issue and they are (at the moment) not able to fix it (and said I should try here to get some help).

I hope someone here might be able to help me with this issue. I am not familiar with the subfora here, so this post might not be the in correct subforum (please tell me so I can fix it).

opponent profile

You cannot view an opponents Alphajax stats. You can view their Xbox LIVE profile, though. Here on Xbox.com, choose "Social" then "Friends" from the top menu. You can search for and view another gamers profile from there.

Can you share your detailed network statistics on your Xbox One from under the Network Settings? Also, try re-downloading your profile by pressing both the Menu+View button while in an Xbox 360 game and selecting "Download Profile". Keep us in the loop

 

Just a little bump (I am no longer able to edit the main post that is why I made this comment), I am still experiencing this bug. I'd like to know if someone can move this to 'General Hardware, Services, & Account' I think it fits
better in that section. Here are also two image to illustrate the problem, the first image is from my account, the second images is from a friends account (who does not own the game).

Another "bump", I found something else that is quite interesting. I still cannot see my achievements, but there is something else going on. After refreshing the page (not always) the image ("game logo") and the description change.
It is almost like there are 2 versions of the game and I own just the wrong one (do no quote me on that, I am not sure). Here is a little gif to illustrate what I mean, I have added a red number (in the left uppermost corner).

At last, almost 5 months later, this issue has finally been resolved. The page works correctly now and shows the achievements. It would be great if a moderator could close this.
