Cannot verify my account as the email on the verification is a hackers

The problem is the links provided don't help. There is no way to change the security setting until the 30 days are up and then its a race to see who gets to the account first, me or the hacker. There has to be some way to resolve this. If I start a new account, how do I move all my purchases to it??

For security reasons, it’s not possible to combine Microsoft accounts, nor can you transfer such things as your gamertag, account purchases and balance, or game progress from one account to another. My Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker was baiting me to get him verification codes of changing the security info of my account, then got raid of my account.

He deleted the original email of my account which is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" then somehow changed the account email to another one named
"*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" (These info is shown in first image, check attachments).
After doing so, he got raid of all my security stuff like verify phone number and email.He was clearly hacking my account. He literally deleted my original email of this account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", if he is not hacking this account, he has no need to do it...

I really need help!

You didnt actually give him the verification codes did you? If so this would've been what allowed everything else that happened afterwards to occur.

Thanks for your help. We are signed in with my email. We clicked new and entered my son's email and this is what we got when we tried to verify:

The Microsoft account that you signed in with is not the email address that needs verification. To verify the correct email address, follow the instructions in your verification email message, and then sign in with the email address referenced in that message.
