Cannot verify email on account sign in for xbox one

alternative way: try to reregister your old email so you can pass verification

The Hotmail account is considered a Microsoft account so all you would need to do is either to sign into a xbox console or sign into the account at account.xbox.com and this will create a xbox profile for that email address.

With the Gmail account if you set it up as an email for a microsoft account it will require you to verify the ownership of the gmail account by sending a verification email to verify that you have access to that email. and once that is verified you can again
sign into a xbox console or the account.xbox.com and again it will create the xbox profile for that account.

the xbox account and the microsoft account are one in the same, if you cannot access that email then you need to contact support. be prepaired to be asked a lot of questions to verify ownership.

If the email address needs verification you can change the MSAC (mircosoft account) to a different one.

1) so lets say you use *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and you need to verify it on xbox one

2) you have to have a another email to replace it with, it cannot have a microsoft account linked to it. so it cannot be a @hotmail @live @outlook nor it cannot be like @gmail @yahoo thats registered as a microsoft account.

3) on PC/laptop (tablets, phones etc wont work) go to
http://verifyme.microsoft.com

4) on the webpage it should say like "to request a code please sign in" so you sign in with your current msac

5) then it will say something that "your email needs to be verified, resend a code or use a different email"

6) click on use a different one, then it will go through changing the msac on the GT. You can either choose "create new (will create you a new @hotmail @live @outlook email and it will replace the school email) OR use a existing one where you can add your
@gmail @yahoo @whatever and it will link it with the GT.

7) after that you should be able to sign into the xbox one after you verified the new email =)

NB! Make sure you add proofs aswell to the account (alternative email and alternative phone) there should be atleast 2 proofs
