cannot use xbox live gold features

So I am pretty I have I have xbox live gold, Ive had it for a long time and I am still paying. Today I tried using Netflix and I couldn't, them I tried playing "seasons" on FIFA 14 and it says I don't have the right permissions or something like that in
my profile. I logged on into my account, and I went under subscriptions, and my XBOX LIVE GOLD subscription that I should have its not there, so I thought whatever maybe something happened and its gone. Then I tried getting it again, and an ERROR CODE shows
up saying I am not allow to have two of those subscriptions, so do I have XBOX LIVE GOLD or not? WHAT IS GOING ON !!!??

Can you have 2 Gamertags on one Live account?

You can create your own account,which would need a separate email address but you wouldn't need to buy gold for that account if you use the xbox ones gold sharing features

On Xbox One with its Home Gold feature (which is automatic), other gamertags are able to use Gold membership features with only one gamertag which has Xbox Live Gold. That is yours. Have your wife create a separate gamertag if not already with
a separate Microsoft Account. Accounts cannot be merged. As long as your Gold member-status gamertag is on the console, her gamertag will have Gold abilities.
