Cannot use Xbox game pass for PC which is included with the device in store

This issue may be related to the Store account that you are using on your Windows device. The Store account is used device-wide for purchasing and ownership, including access to Game Pass benefits in the Xbox app for Windows. It might be different than the one you usually use with Xbox.



To check which account you are using, please follow these steps:



- Open the Xbox app for Windows and select your gamerpic.

- Select Settings and then Account.

- See which account is reported under Store account.



If the Store account is different from the one that you used to purchase your PC Game Pass subscription, you will need to sign out of that account and sign in with the correct one.



To do that, please follow these steps:



- Open the Microsoft Store app on your Windows device and select your profile picture.

- Select Sign out and then confirm.

- Select Sign in and then choose the account that you used to purchase your PC Game Pass subscription.

- Restart your Windows device and open the Xbox app for Windows again.

Once the achievements are achieved they cannot be eliminated, my theory is that you have logged into a PC and have played killer instict and that is why you have those achievements, remember that your account with Xbox GamePass already includes Xbox Game

The game pass version on PC, Heroes edition, does not include the DLCs, which are correctly listed as purchasable add ons on the store page you show in the screenshot. On console game pass there is the complete edition instead, which includes the DLCs.

Ultimate does not include Netflix. You would need a Netflix subscription in order to use Netflix. If you have a Netflix description you can use it on any device you want.

Ultimate Game Pass includes a Gold subscription, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass for Xbox One consoles.
