Cannot use the 30 days trial of Game Pass which is included in the Xbox One X package

As the title says I cannot use the 30 days trial of the Game Pass which I received after buying the Xbox one X. The reason is because I already used the 14 days free trial and now I am already a "member". If I would've known that beforehand I would used
the 30 days immediately instead of the 14 days first.

Xbox Quests

In the Xbox Quests of October, it states in the terms and conditions that Xbox Live Subscribers ONLY (which I am) have to log in for 15 days, request to join 3 clubs, and sign up for the game pass trial. I already signed up for the game pass trial in July
so I cannot do that. How do I complete the quest then? I do not have the game pass so I cannot do the 4 different achievements in 4 different games.

 

Free Month of GamePass With XBox One X

I just bought an XBox One X on release day and it included a free month of Game Pass. The code would not work for a few days and I contacted support and they told me it was a common issue that would be fixed by the 10th. So I try to input the code now and
it tells me its for new customers only. I had done a 2 week trial awhile back, but nowhere on the code included with my X does it say I couldn't use it if I had done a free trial previously. This is extremely shady. If Microsoft didn't want people to use it
if they did a trial in the past then it should be stated. Not good for people who just spent $500 on a new system.

thank you for your reply. That's actually sad because I was nowhere advised that Accounts can only have one single Game Pass trial in their lifetime. I bought the Xbox One X (after at least 4 previous Xbox Generations) and saw the 30 day Game Pass trial
code in the box. Therefore I thought I might try the Game Pass for the first time, but then was informed that I can try it for 14 days (when clicking on it in the Xbox Store). After that I can still use the extra code for another 30 days. Just like with the
Xbox Live codes of sometimes only two days, which are included in Game boxes. Those are also trials and I can always use them, not only new customers.

I wish I would've informed here better. My 'family member' is my brother which is a Xbox Owner since the first Xbox as well and he was fooled in the same way with the Game Pass trial.
