    Cannot use store in Dance Central Spotlight


    I bought a XBOX ONE with KINECT in Taiwan.

    It always show "off line" at music store in Dance Central Spotlight for 3 days.

    I'm very sure i have connected to internet, but still cannot use music store in Dance Central Spotlight program.

    Some of my friends have the same problem, Is anyone get the same situation?

    Unable to download game

    Last summer my Xbox one was stolen. On it, I had a few games downloaded (2 assassin's creed games and Dance Central Spotlight). I recently replaced my system with an Xbox one s. When I set up my account, assassin's creed downloaded without issues. Dance
    central never downloaded. I cannot find it in the Xbox store either. When I sign into my account online, it states that I own dance central

    Any help on how I can find and download the game?

    Transferring games and DLC from the 360 to the One.

    I was just in a Microsoft store where I was told that most of your dance central DLC will transfer to Xbox One Dance central spotlight. I got home and can't seem to find my old DLC on the One at all. Can anyone help or did that guy give me bad info?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Seems like the Dance Central Spotlight is not available digitally on Microsoft Store which means that you may need to buy the game via a physical disc game or a code from a retail store near you. For your reference, you can check this link: https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/dance-ce...

    Also, the 360 version of the game is not a backward compatible game.

    Some games work, others crash instantly

    Try playing while your console is offline. It worked for me (at least for Dance Central Spotlight).
