Cannot use Netflix on Xbox

I’ve had this problem for a month or so where I try to open my netflix and it just loads until Netflix gives me an error.

I’ve tried restarting Netflix, restarting my xbox and reinstalling Netflix multiple times.

Is there any way I can use Netflix though Internet Explorer instead of using the App?

I have a Netflix membership already but it is not associate to the same person who is associated to Live Gold membership. This is why I use Netflix though IE instead of using the Xbox 360 Netflix app.

Each time I try to access Netflix though IE (not through the App) I'm prompted to enable ActiveX but I cannot find a way to perform that activation in the Xbox 360.

Can you recommend any solution?

Make sure you have Xbox Live GOLD. You cannot connect to netflix without it. Second, have you activated your netflix account thorugh xbox. Go to Xbox and get the activation code and using the activate code, activate your account
