Cannot use my XB1 any longer

    Cannot use my XB1 any longer


    Since this morning, I am unable to use my XB1. There is a system update for Australia and my XB1 will not let me do anything without updating. It goes to about 18% and then says there was a problem. I have power cycled a few times, and chatted with support.
    There appears to be NO solution. Obviously this new update is bugged. Please remove the update so that I can use my XB1 again.

    Xbox One can't detect wifi

    My Xb1 can't find any wifi networks. Wired connection is the only way for me to connect. Every now and then my xb1 can use wifi, but it doesn't last long. It always ends up disconnecting and not finding networks again. How do I fix this?

    Party chat through Headset

    Greetings.

    The annoying issue here is that when I plug in my XB1 Headset (to make use of the Mic, rather than using the Kinect) I no longer hear people in my party through my headset (Wireless). When I unplug the XB1 headset I get my party chat through my headphones.
    I do not really want to have to have this XB1 headset stuck to one ear with my proper headset on the other.

    Just wondering if anyone has come across a solution for this, and I cannot really solder wireless headphones to the XB1 headset, so that's not really an option. Would much prefer to just use the XB1 Headset Mic and my own Headset with party chat coming through
    my own headset (as if I was using the Kinect for the Mic)

    Can't get price/download BC games.

    ANY 360 titles.

    YES, I can purchase on site, and even via my 360, but CANNOT even show price on my XB1.

    Same problem here. My BF has an XB1 as well, we live together, use same wifi. His works and mine won't any longer. Contacted support three times, I did download Battlefront Beta but didn't have any problems until last night

    I'm having the same issue. Cannot purchase any 360 games via the website or my XB1. I receive the same error as MarieEveL93 on Xbox.com.

    Xbox One - HDMI known issue? Needs to be replaced.

    I swapped the hdmi cables around, so now the one that came with my Xbox is going from the XB1 to my cable box(HUMAX) and I'm using a different cable to connect from XB1 to my TV! This seemed to have fixed my problem and I'am no longer getting a freezing

    What system are you talking about.....

    If it is the 360 then you keep and can play all the gwg even if you revert back to a silver account..

    If it is the XB1 then you have to be a gold to access and play all GWG, if you go back to silver on XB1 then you cannot access any GWG, but at any time you can go gold again and get them all back.

    If you have a game code and already have the game via GWG on the xbox 360 then you cannot use the code as your account already has said game, but if it is a game code for the XB1 then just allow your account to go silver and then you can redeem said code
    to your XB1 account.
