Cannot use my account

My account was supposed to be unsuspended on the 7th of October. I can no longer apply for a case review and it no longer says the end date of my suspension because I am no longer supposed to be suspended. I still cannot play online and I can not get an
answer from anyone else on this matter. If you are going to suspend me for something that I didn't do saying I was glitching in NHL when I was not and don't even know how I would, do not put a date and then don't un suspend me. Can my account please get fixed
and un suspended. This is ridiculous now.

Cannot Use My Account// Banned

Hello, I am an ambassador for Xbox Live.

If you just got your Xbox Console it may be "CONSOLE BANNED" now what this means

is Xbox Live Enforcement Team (Or Microsoft in general) has permanently banned this console

for some reason such as Console Modding Etc, so this means any account logged into this Xbox

will be banned due to the consoles previous owner (If you bought it used) if you didn't purchase

this console used I would contact Xbox Live Support (Link:
https://support.xbox.com/en-ca ) and explain this problem to them and

they may be able to help if you provide proof of this purchase.

Cannot Use My Account// Banned

Hello I have been banned from Xbox Live and I do not understand why? I have just got my account an hour ago

and I just bought an Xbox, Someone Help?

 

The gamertag I am talking about is Jexg. I had to use this account in order to post.

 

Sorry to hear it. If you are able to post on these forums with that account then please give that a try (you should be able to do so if your gamertag is not suspended). Otherwise log in to the enforcement site with that account and try opening a case review
again.

Also, please double check the email associated with that gamertag to ensure that no messages from enforcement have been sent. If you cannot log in to the service then it is possible that the account was suspended for a longer period.

If you still cannot log on then you should give phone support a call for further assistance. If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269.

 

My account is supposed to be unsuspended so I can't make a post here with that account. It said on the enforcement website that it was to end on the 7th, now its still not unsuspended. I called xbox and they told me it was suspended until the 20th. I can't
even submit a case review or I would as I was suspended based on someone who reported me for cheating in a game of NHL, when I was not. Its ridiculous how I can get suspended just like that because someone was mad I beat them in NHL. Still nothing has been
done about this issue and Microsoft support just sends you in directions to get rid of you and doesn't actually help at all. Loyal customer for 8 years and now wondering why I still am.
