    Cannot use Multiplayer features in Xbox


    Hi I recently bought xbox and tried to use Ultimate team in FIFA23 and tried to access PUBG but both says lost connection to EA server or has platform error. I tried to find out what cause this problem and saw that korean account holders had to do re-authenticate with age. I made this account in korea first but has been using in America and ofc changed location into america. However, sometimes when i use TEAMS, my name show up in korean way even if i changed account setting into USA so i'm scared if my account setting is still korean way that it cause a problem. I have ultimate game pass so it is not a subscription problem and also passed all of network tests in xbox setting. My xbox id is Jiwon#7693 by the way

    You cannot use multiplayer feature while being a free member. You must have a Gold membership to play a multiplayer game

    This problem can be caused by your router NAT settings or your TV cable you use.

    NAT is usual multiplayer problem that players cannot join to each other*. * this is about online multiplayer in Xbox Live.

    If that is not multiplayer (online) and you talking about split screen feature this problem can be caused by your connection cable to your TV. Are you using HDMI cable? If you are not using HDMI (Using standard A/V cable, VGA or YPbPr) you will not able
    to use that feature because Minecraft support Split Screen feature only on HDMI.

    Can't redeem trial code?

    At the time of your original posting you were showing as having a Gold membership. If you had used the trial code at that time then it will not have worked and the code will have been used up and cannot be used again.

    Without a Gold membership you cannot access online multiplayer features. Also, a trial membership is limited and you would only have been able to experience a limited amount of online features as well.

    Also you cannot access all multiplayer features as it is a trial not full gold

    What feature are you trying to use

    If you are trying to access apps those wont work with 48hour trials

    48hour trials functions vary per game

    More advance features like cod threater probably doesnt work
