Cannot use microsoft account credits

I have already tried these but they don't work. The problem is that I don't know which option to press. I don't want to use a card because I want to use my microsoft credits. I don't have a gift card number because the money is already in my account not on a gift card. I also don't have a phone number.

So your account balance indicates the correct amount? And you just cant use that as an option when you try to purchase? HAve you tried a different platform, or maybe browser/device.

when you say credits, do you mean money on the account or microsoft rewards points?

Like I said, maybe try a different browser or computer, or try your cell phone. And if the rewards points transfer was recent, they can take up to 3 or 5 days sometimes to reflect on your account.
