Cannot use forums on main account - Xbox one preview update.

Hi,

I've been invited and I've registered for the Xbox one update preview, however i cant access the forums.

I get the below message when signing in on my gamer tag: Mr Messy Pants

"Sorry, there was a problem with your last request!

Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again or if you know who your site administrator is let them know too."

This means i obviously cant get to the private forum for the feedback...

I believe this maybe due to an old account (ii cov roachy x) getting banned on Xbox live which I've now used the same email for this account.

Can anything be done about this?

Xbox One Preview Program Update issue

For the preview program you will usually get the Xbox Live message with the preview app, before you get the preview updates. That said, looking at the OS change log I'm not seeing an update for yesterday / today. So there is a chance you have the preview
update. Try re-posting this question in the preview forum below, and include the current OS version you're on. As you stated you cannot get to the preview forums, if you use the link below and get "Group not found", then let us know and a mod will give you
appropriate access.

Hi there I think the forums are not up yet. As far as I know the update preview has not gone live yet, when it does the forum should be available.

 

I am also having this trouble where I click on 'preview forums' in the featured content and I get 'group not found' the forums are live they went up on the 20th?? I am hoping I can get on soon because all I want to do is invite a friend to preview the updates.

 

I am also having the same problem. Also is it possible to invite my friends to the preview? I thought that I had read that it was.

 

I cant access it too. I've dealt with customer support and their twitter support, but both were a fail. They basically talk to you like you don't know what's going on.
