    o use your code please visit the EA Online Store at Origin and enter the code in the "Promotional" field at check-out.

    The code can be used to make purchases through Origin with the following exceptions - the code cannot be used to purchase virtual currency, placing pre-orders, third party games, already on sale items and games released within 1 month,and it is valid for "1 Jan 2014" to "28 Feb 2014" and one code can be used for only one purchase.

    looks like it cant really be used on titanfall for me. you would have to "time" your help out to get the code and be able to use it.
    it says nothing about dlc content... so i may use it for bf4 premium... (god i wish they fixed the game) i hate to give them more money when the game is so glitchy.. and yes i play it a ton...

    look at my hours played. 106 hours 51 minutes as of right now.

    You can only use them on the account you purchased or redeemed the code.

    Cards that have already been redeemed cannot be transferred, nor can any points balance on an account.

    Trying to purchase points to buy a DLC and simply cannot. My card is good, tried using my back up credit card to see if its something wrong with Microsoft side and it is, it just will not go through. I suggest waiting, although if you cannot.. you might
    want to try going to Amazon.com and purchasing a 1600 point (lowest available) code to use now and then just redeem the code for points. Otherwise, probably wait it out.

    xbox gold won't work when I put gift card code in

    What you have done is you've purchased currency for XBL gold and the reason it is not working is because you entered a gift code not a gold code. You need to purchase XBL gold in the store or online etc... Once you've entered a code, it cannot be used again.
    So head into 'marketplace' or the window that pops up and purchase gold from there. (Don't worry you haven't wasted money or have been scammed, just you didn't purchase a gold code you purchased currency to purchase gold on the Xbox).

    I accidentally bought 150 dollars worth of Madden Cash instead of 25. I requested a refund and am waiting to hear back. If they do refund it will the madden cash also be removed from my account?

    currency purchases cannot be refunded if you have redeemed any codes or have used any of the currency that you bought. Other than that you should just wait for the response from the refund team

    Where was the code purchased and which country is your account set up for? Gold memberships are region locked which means that if you live in one country but purchased a code for a different one you will not be able to use it. For example, if you purchased
    a membership code in the US but your account is set for Canada the code cannot be used.

    Please post the 8 digit error code you get when you try the code on the console.
