    Cannot use any of my Premium MSfT games because error code 1170000


    Since afternoon of March 16, 2018, I cannot logon to xbox through my Microsoft Premium games: Solitaire, Wordament Taptiles or Mahjong. I get an error code 1170000. The problem is on two different laptops. I've re-started the computers, double checked my
    updates were all okay, uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, re-started again. Searched for help through the links provided in the error code message. Still no go. Funny that Microsoft Jigsaw still works. Oh. And when I went to Xbox online, I was already
    logged in.

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. Can you tell us if logging out of the Microsoft Store app and the Xbox Live app before restarting your computer helps with your issue at all? Obviously when you finish restarting, you will want to log
    back into you accounts. Be sure to let us know how that goes for you.
