    Cannot Use Any Custom Profile Picture


    So i'm not sure what happened but a few weeks ago I noticed that my custom profile picture which was of the comic character Spawn was removed from my account and I was back to my default image. Since then I have tried to update my profile picture several
    times with several different images and it doesn't work anymore. I get the message that the image is in for review and then it never changes. I thought maybe it was removed for copyright so I have tried to use images that wouldn't have that issue and still
    I cannot get a custom image. I haven't received any kind of message from Microsoft that I may have violated some kind of terms of service so I'm wondering what to try next. Any suggestions?

    Gamer Picture Not Being Accepted by Support?

    I keep trying to use a custom picture for my Xbox profile picture but every time I try to use it, my profile picture changes back to my original Xbox gamer picture before i started using custom ones. Is this indicating that whoever regulates the use of profile
    pictures did not accept it? Sure it shows a "suicide theme" but that's not at all my intention. It's a picture from a children's show for God's sake and I personally think it'd look hilarious to have a profile picture. I don't see what's wrong with it! Here

    How to allow a custom profile pic for my child?

    I have spent a good bit of time trying to search for an answer to this, my apologies if I have missed anything. My son has a child account and wants to use a custom profile picture but there doesn't seem to be a way to make this happen. I can understand
    if there are restrictions on a child changing the picture themselves, and I would like to work within the rules and not try and go around them, but it seems there should be a way for me to approve or assign a picture for his profile. I can use the Xbox Beta
    app to change my profile picture to a custom one, but cannot modify his.

    There is no way to bypass that restriction. Support will not do it.

    So there is absolutely no way I can upload a custom gamer pic until it turns 18? Because I'm trying to advertise my YouTube channel through my gamer pic. Could Xbox Support go in and manually change it if I contacted them? I could make a new account with the correct age but I don't feel like starting over.

    Nothing can be transferred between accounts. So if you start a new account you will start over.

    There's no way to bypass that rule or change the age of your Xbox account. All you can do is wait until the age turns 18.
