Cannot Upload Screenshots to Xbox Live From Xbox Console Companion

Hello,

I come to you all today to address some problems I've been having recently with the Xbox Console Companion app and the ability to upload game captures from PC to Xbox Live.

I've recently tried to do this using a modified screenshot from "Halo 5: Forge" on PC with intent to use it as the background photo for my Xbox One's home screen and as the background photo for my own personal Xbox club, but have ran into a number of issues
in the process, namely the device I'm using to perform the upload getting as far as 10% before giving me the "You can't share game clips" error. I've already tried doing a restart and attempted this process on a different PC (I have 2 HP Notebooks that run
on Windows 10), to, unfortunately, much of the same results.

I'm starting to think that there's something up with the servers in regards to that particular feature of the Xbox Console Companion app, because I've already went through the privacy settings on my account and I can't specifically recall any recent incidents
that resulted in Enforcement from Xbox on my account. Is anyone else having this problem by chance?

I guess you won Microsoft, i'm finally uninstalling the companion app

They disabled it and i don't know why. You can not upload after the latest companion app update.

there is a new xbox app for pc that will let you change your profile background and such but when i have tried it it's lag's and also say's it requires some other item/app as well like why do i need Gaming Services and Xbox Game Bar i don't play game''s
on my pc and top it off there is no place on this new xbox app to find screenshot's what so ever.

but i am having almost same issue upload screenshots to xbox live from console and getting them from Gamedvr.com not sure if it's just the site or what.

Thank you for your answer. I know how to upload captures from my xbox. I wanted to know, how to upload them from my PC to XBox Live.

I downloaded the XBox Console Companion App and there one can read, that uploading screenshots from PC to XBox Live is currently not possible.

Screenshots and clips are uploaded on the Xbox network, but if you saved ones to an external hard drive, disconnect that drive.

If you want to export the clips and screenshots from the Xbox network you can do it using the Xbox console companion app on PC
